Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly bid quota?
Bronze and Silver members can purchase additional bid credits at RM 5 each, or upgrade to Gold for unlimited bids.
Are course materials included with all tiers?
Bronze includes basic introductory courses. Silver and above include all 20+ Academy courses. Gold and Platinum get live webinar access.
Is the 10% bid deposit included in membership?
No -- the 10% deposit is a regulatory requirement paid directly to the auctioneer at bid registration. Membership covers platform access, intelligence, and support.
How does the dedicated agent work (Gold tier)?
A licensed property professional is assigned to your account. They help with property selection, due diligence, and bid strategy via WhatsApp and scheduled calls.
